Question 1
What kinds of things have I drafted in the past related to entertainment?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AGC Studios (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview felt very unprofessional. The interviewer clearly didn't know what he was doing. He didn't make the interview feel like a conversation, but more like a monologue with a wall. When I asked questions about getting to know more about the company, interviewer gave very vague and egotistical answers (like how they're doing "better than their peers". Who are the "peers"? Why are you comparing yourself to others when I asked about the work culture at AGC?)

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AGC Studios (Los Angeles, CA) in Oct 2020
Interview
Had to go through multiple rounds up the ladder. Each interview was pretty short and to the point. Everyone was professional and communicative. I was expected to have to complete sample work but didn’t have to.
