This company has a very long process. You need to set aside at least 5 hours of your Saturday to then receive an answer a week later and who knows when you will get a class assigned to you. You have to write and essay (one in Spanish and one in English), you have to offer a bilingual class, and a few other activities. This was an exhausting process but was certainly interesting given the use of two languages in all steps of the process.

The interview process takes an entire day. Be prepared to teach a mini-lesson, grade papers using a rubric, and write an essay in English and Spanish. Since Ana G. Mendez University System is a bilingual university, they want to make sure you are truly proficient in both languages. Ana G. Mendez uses the constructivist approach for teaching and learning. I recommend that you research Constructivism, and you understand what it means. If you do a traditional lecture for your mini-lesson, you will be disqualified.
