AHEAD Associate Program interview questions

I was contacted by the director of recruiting for the AHEAD associate program on LinkedIn. Hr manager called me for initial interview which was 30 mins. After I was contacted by their security director for the AHEAD launch program for an interview which was about 30 mins. The HR contacted me the same day stating that the interview went well and I had glowing reviews only to be told he only had one offer for which he gave to an intern. Whatever ok, then that same hr manager called me for another interview with the Cloud program director. Same thing interview went well, but he never contacted me for a second interview. I contacted the hr after a few days to inquire with no response. Waited another week and contacted that recruiter on LinkedIn to inquire. He never responded and Ironically the hr manager responded 10 mins after I messaged the recruiter. Complete waste of my time. I would not want to work with a firm that lacks integrity. At least have the decency to respect my time and tell me I was not chosen. Unacceptable.
