Very unprofessional. I interviewed with three staff members, including the HR coordinator and no fundraising staff. The process was unprofessional from the beginning and left a lasting negative impression. There was no effort to create a respectful or productive conversation. This was an awful experience that raised serious concerns about the culture and leadership at AIDA. If this is how candidates are treated during the hiring process, it’s reasonable to question how current staff are supported. I would not recommend pursuing opportunities here without careful consideration.
Very professional, lots of dialogue between interviewer and interviewee. My only complaint was derogatory comments of competitor. At a certain point the interview became more of an open discussion instead of a Q&A, which is ok.
