I never write reviews, but interviewing here has been such a waste of time for me. Though the managers I interviewed with at the second and third stage were lovely. The HR/Recruitment person was dire. First, they invited me to interview but when I replied with chosen slot times. I received no reply. Two weeks later the job was reposted on linkedin, so I thought, "why not?" and reapplied. The interview was actually scheduled this time. In my initial interview with them, they had their camera off and didn't listen to a thing I said. I asked what the specific location I was interviewing for was like (aka. team size etc.) and they gave me a lecture on what a digital agency is and told me I should read the website... Obviously I had already done my research on the company overall. Who would go into an interview without even checking the website? Two weeks after they contacted me to arrange the "first interview". I was confused by their language because it was a copy and past of the first email I sent by them, so I thought at this point they must have confused me with someone else as it had been two weeks with no word. But alas, it turns out the screening interview is not what they call the first interview. My mistake. Anyway, the "first interview" was brilliant and the managers I spoke to were excellent. The next day I receive an email to do my second interview. They schedule it then at 20:00 the day before, they say it has to be postponed for ten days. I'm disheartened but it really liked the people I had spoken to and thought the company would be a great fit so I waited and gave new availability. No word. I give more availability via the portal and email them again. And they schedule the interview immediately. I guess they forgot to reschedule? I do the interview, again, the managers I spoke with were amazing. That was three weeks ago. I have emailed twice for an update, of course I can assume I didn't get the job and that's fine. But the least you could do is let me know.
