I was contacted by recruiter on angellist . The process was smooth and transparent. The role was well defined with expectations. The people there really know what they are doing amd that is something i look when looking for opportunities. I will interview again!

Fairly typical process for a startup at the series C stage of funding.
Somewhat immature and haphazard, in terms of structure and organization, which is to be expected of a company at this stage, but nothing unusual or surprising about it

Interview
Pleasant / friendly process with an intro call, small take-home exercise, followed by a final round talking with an engineer about the take-home, 1 system design, 1 with head of engineering and last a cultural round with the head of operations.
Throughout the process, the recruiter was always available and helps guide you along.
It was great with it not being leetcode heavy, and more emphasis on learning about the company and people! I would recommend this company and culture from what I saw.
