Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial HR screening call focused on motivation, background, and availability. This was followed by a technical interview with a software engineer, including questions on basic data structures, problem-solving, and discussion of previous academic or personal projects. No live coding was required.

Mi hanno chiamato al cellulare offrendomi un colloquio per una posizione da junior software engineer. A questo è seguito un colloquio conoscitivo con l'hr dove sono state poste domande generiche sul percorso e le conoscenze.
Colloquio molto rapido e molto pratico, nel quale non è stata presa troppo nel dettaglio la figura professionale, ma solo alcune competenze specifiche, messe alla prova nei primi minuti del primo colloquio.
