Process started in September, 2012: during 3 months, realized 5 interviews (1 by phone, 2 in-person with HR, 2 i-p with Technical stuff).
HR interviews are easy, did not present any psychological, or language, or technical, or inter-relational test; just cross-checking your career/salary information.
Technical interviews were absolutely flat (even here, no tests) and challenge-free: meet 1 very expert and interesting individual, 1 absolutely pedantic and inexperienced.
Sad to say, the process had not a formal end: they sent an email saying they were interested, but they were oriented to wait for better times (I intended it like a "no thanks").
Company is growing, seems to have potential, but also shows very doubtful processes and very low care about people.
