Approachable and casual, multiple team members were involved in the interview process. The questions were reasonable for an introductory position and they valued getting to know my working style/how I would contribute to the team.
I applied online. I interviewed at AMP Agency (Boston, MA)
Interview
The interview consisted of two stages; a preliminary phone call and an in-person interview in which I met with 4-5 people separately. The interviewers were casual and polite. The reason for the "negative experience" tag is that, like many other candidates here, I was never given feedback after the interview (despite being told in-person that I would be contacted within a week). This was particularly disappointing as I had traveled for the interview and felt good about my responses/preparedness.

Question 1
Simple questions such as "Why AMP?" "How will your past experiences help you in this role?" "Why this role?" "Why media?"
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AMP Agency (Boston, MA)
Interview
Applied online, had an initial phone interview. Then met with 5 different people on two separate in-house interviews. Seemed like a great environment to work. Lots of young people. Work hard vibe with opportunity to learn a lot.
After coming in twice to interview, a week of waiting and sending 'Thank You' emails, I followed up and got no response. Apparently it's the same as other experiences people have had -- they never rejected or extended an offer.
Really disappointing. I was hopeful and felt like this would have been a great fit. Unprofessional to not let me know either way on their decision.
