Efficiency, friendliness, and a sense of working together will give you everything you need in life to succeed When you run an interview and you come across fake like you’re uninterested, you leave the person who applied as someone who will not return and there are times where your company will regret that poor decision-making and inefficiency because your network is your net worth and if you bring people in who are loyal and intentional, efficient understand how to communicate effectively and are able to adapt in any situation and be respectful, polite, and attentive you have given up an opportunity to make your company shine I find the solar field extremely interesting as it has unlimited capabilities, moving forward other than the companies that kept their own capabilities
