Interview
There will be two rounds first will be written then will be Interview. In written you will be asked to few questions related to english and few from GK.
Just be rough and tough because the people here have no empathy towards employees they will humiliate you and mock you. And don't expect any kind of cooperation they don't want to change. Organization is very good.
