They ask you to sign a job contract which is basically kind of a freelancing contract. They can fire you in week but when u wish to leave u will have to serve one month notice. Total cheap job as they have no set up there and ask u you to get your work done from free lancers working in india. Like seo guys and graphic designers. You have to get all the work done on ur own risk as there is no such payment security. Total non sense work as you have to get up at 4 o clock in the moring as this time suits to Austrailans and after words you will have to work till the evening to get your done through free lancers as they do not work for u early in the morning.
