HR phone to discuss your profile, then sit with 3 seniors and hiring manager around technical interview and scenario based questions also behavior, takes more than an hour for that, technical questions are fair if you well prepared,

About your background, your technical skills and how would you approach to the project and tasks and your previous project
Starts with an online coding test solving a couple of questions in just under an hour. The next stage is with the hiring manager to discuss your CV but I didn't get to that stage.

Interview
Shortlist confirmation email followed by a technical test. Expected to spend 4hrs developing a full stack demo app which was doable. No interviews are conducted without passing the initial test.
