HR invited to schedule a meeting after submitting my application. However, on the week of the interview, they cancelled the confirmed time without a notice and asked to interview within 24 hours, mentioning that if I couldn’t accommodate it, I would “miss out on the interview process.”
The interview itself lasted about 15 minutes. The recruiter did not introduce themselves, explain the role, or provide space to ask questions. The conversation felt disengaged, without discussing my motivation, experience, or suitability for the position. Overall, the process felt rushed and unprofessional.
