Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who set up a phone interview. After the phone interview a face to face interview was set up. The face to face was very pleasant. We spoke about the position and my background. The next day they called with an offer. They advised there would be a background check. The initial background check went smoothly. Then the wait began. Long periods of no communication. Finally nearly two months later they contacted me about the next step of the background check. Still no start date had been established. I looked for and found another job paying $12,000 more. A complete waste of time
very quick process! mainly STAR method questions. I heard back for an interview within about three business days. Just smile and be friendly and im sure you all will do great!

Interview
Interview process was pretty straight forward and not too bad. I think it was maybe 2 or 3 interviews. Nothing crazy or too hard. Interview process was easier than some other ones I’ve been through
2 interviews withing the same day. Offered position within the same day. Interviews were about 3 hours apart. By 6 oclock that night I was offered position. They were taking on many CSR employees so this contributed to the rushed process.
