First a phone screening of basic C questions, then face to face with three engineers with C questions, resume based questions and real-time problems. there was three interviewer in the face to face interview. mostly it was questioned about previous projects.
it takes too much time, four rounds, two rounds were with the business manager and the third was with the technical manager, the last round was with the architecte about professionnal experience
