Very simple and straight forward. They asked if I was interested in the position and what it entailed. They were very friendly with me and made sure exactly what the internship project would be.

I talked with a hiring manager at a career fair who scheduled me for an interview two days later. Three days after my interview I was offered Data Science internship. It was mainly nontechnical; he just asked me about some of my projects and how I first got into computer science; it was very casual.
