Applied online and they called me on phone about 10 days later. After phone interview, I was chosen for a skype interview about 1 week later. Skype interview was with technical person in relevant department. It was average, questions were not so technical and difficult. Company's response time and feedback time is very fast and reliable.

Question 1
First asked about my previous experiences. Then general questions such as:
1. Why Netherlands?
2. Why ASML?
Questions were no different than job advertisement.

Interview
Headline: Intense but Fair Technical Process
Pros: Deeply technical questions that test your engineering fundamentals. Interviewers are brilliant and value logical problem-solving over rote memorization.
Cons: The process is long with multiple rounds.
Advice: Master your basics.
Recruiter called me an hour past our scheduled interview, then emailed to remind me of the interview she was an hour late for. I emailed her back in an attempt to reschedule but never heard back.
