Interview
HR conversation was very good. They were very casual and helpful through out. The initial conversation lasted for 15-20 minutes. Second round was with hiring manager; I was supposed to be interviewed for Project Manager role and someone else joined the call and talked about added responsibilities not stated otherwise in the job description. Interview lasted for 45 minutes, no technical questions were asked, only about experience. It's been more than a week and no response so far.
1. screening through the company recruiter via the phone, questions about reason why you got attracted by the company
2. First interview with manager and team member via Teams meeting, questions about skills, past experience
, mutual agreement that this job is not for me, and my application does not suit their profile
The process was constructive and clear. However, many rounds were planned which made the process a little bit too long. But, where possible there's room to speed up the process if needed by planning the follow up calls more consecutive.

question: your strength My real strength is my ability to truly understand what the internal and external customer want and then to bring them high quality project deliverables with steady data to back up. I proud myself on my reputation of customer service-related project management which I got a lot of compliments from PMM and customers. And cost saving and revenue increasing after the improvements from my projects release to the field.
