A fairly informal interview process with many behavioural type questions. This is an entry level position with a lot of fresh graduates so they try to probe for what kind of attitude you have, how you would react in certain situations, what your comfort level is for working hands on with mechanical things, and whether you will be willing to stay within the department for 2 years. Offer was made in the same interview.

Here is an illustrated picture of the machine (available online in a google search). Could you describe to us on a high-level what it consists of?
HR screening, then interview with the department's team leaders. More behavioral questions than technical questions, understandable since the technical knowledge will grow with time for a starter engineer. Next step of the process is an offer, which is typically a phone call from the HR department.

Went fairly smooth, it is over a teams chat and there are 2 people interviewing you. They start with saying how the process will work and then they introduce themselves and ask you to do the same, then they ask what you htink the position entails and then start asking more specific questions

Interview
During the standard job interview process, I had the opportunity to meet with four individuals, including the Group Lead, Project Lead, and two senior technical personnel. Following these initial online interviews, I received an invitation to deliver a 45-minute presentation on my thesis. After completing the presentation, I was pleased to receive a job offer.
