2 rounds of interviews.
1st round with the hiring manager and his counterpart from another team. Interview process was smooth and very interactive. I was positive about making it to the next round.
2nd round with the hiring manager's manager (group lead) and the employee whose role the selected candidate would be filling. The group leader had genuine questions and interaction was pretty decent. The other employee's questions felt more targeted in a way to put me down. I wouldn't say I liked the interaction with that person.
The feedback I received was unclear and surprising.
Overall- They need to be clear about what they want about the candidate rather than figuring them out after a couple of rounds of interviews.
