I applied through college or university. I interviewed at AWeber in Jul 2012
Interview
The front desk quickly helped me get situated as I arrived, and the interview started right away. They interviewers seemed genuinely interested and were polite. It was about 30 minutes, and we did a quick tour of the office afterwards. The process wasn't too difficult, and there wasn't any seriously technical questions.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at AWeber in Apr 2017
Interview
Phone screen which was mostly a lot of blather about how awesome AWeber is. They didn't seem to want to ask many questions. Didn't do anything to sell me on their awesomeness either, so I don't feel I missed anything.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AWeber (Chalfont, PA) in Feb 2015
Interview
The interview process was very smooth. An initial 45-minute phone interview was scheduled within 24 hours of applying. I was brought in for an onsite interview soon after.
I was given a quick tour of their building (which is pretty impressive, by the way) and then had a total of 3 separate interviews. The first one was with their CTO and VP of Engineering. Then I had two more interviews with members of their Front-end and Back-end teams, respectively. They all seemed like all-around nice and knowledgeable people.
The entire onsite interview process lasted about 3 hours. It was a very professional experience overall.

It was OK very conversational. When I was first interviewing everyone was very welcoming and open minded especially with the tour of the building which really blew my mind.
