Abacare interview questions

I took an application form in in 2014 the day I took the application form in they asked me to come in the back room for a chat asked me a couple of questions mainly about my availability and if I drove took around 5-10 mins I got the impression they were desperate, I was right I was booked on the traing for 2 days after interview it was 5 days training which to be fair was very good training. On the last day of training I was told someone would contact me after the weekend to arrange shadowing, as soon as I finished the training the manager called to get me to shadow the following day I shadowed half a shift and was thrown out there on my own! As someone had called in sick!

Very quick. I got the feeling of desperation on their behalf and the job was in the bag before I sat down. I soon found out why... A person normally feels nervous during interviews, but her demeanour put me at ease relatively quickly due to how keen she was to employ me.
