Abby Care interview questions

I got to the 2nd round of interview and I had to interview with a person with strong accent and I didn't understand his questions I even asked twice but still didn't understand so I ended up providing wrong answer. Then he concluded that I wasn't a strong candidate and stopped asking question. When I asked him question what are the challenges team facing he give me a very short answer and did not encourage further discussion. I asked when I could expect to hear back regarding the decision. The interviewer laughed, which left me with the impression that he had already decided I had not performed well and that there was no need for a follow-up. This is very unprofessional and I believe candidates deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect throughout the interview process.
