Several rounds: interview with a recruiter, interview where you have to answer questions on video, an interview with lab-based scientists and one with management level. Questions ranged from technical (on methods you have used, or that you have knowledge on) to personal: motivation, communication style, preference on team work.

The process consisted in 2 interviews. 1st interview with 4 people, scientists and head section. 2nd interview with the same people plus the director. Afterwards meet with the team and finally interview with HR.

I received a relatively quick answer to my motivational letter and cv and was invited for a first interview with the HR Head of Department. After 3 weeks I was invited for another interview with the HR Manager.
