Interviewed for role after application, Was advised that I would hear back within 2 WDS - several weeks of chasing, and still no reply. Ghosting candidates is an extremely poor way to sell an org to any candidates, shows a total of lack of respect of that person's time and effort that they put into researching and applying to the company and for the that role.

My experience and how this was relevant to the role
The interview started with a tour of the office and lab space.
After this we went to a conference room for the actual interview. The interview had multiple parts. First was a presentation on a project I had worked on, next was a whiteboard coding exercise, then an architecture and design exercise and then questions with members of the team

Recieve email to confirm progressing to second stage. 3 phases of Interview. One over microsoft teams, a second practical one involving sales and a third in person (probably to give an offer).
