30 minutes in-person. Went in office to interview. Asked questions about experience and hr specific questions about handling payroll, and disagreements among coworkers. The manager was nice, but I was underprepared.

Interview
The company wanted to hire someone based in Amsterdam without once mentioning they did not intend to establish a social entity in the country. When I got offered the job, the offer letter came all based for the UK. When I refuted, it was told to me that my "manager" would investigate and follow up with me. After I mentioned I was not willing to become a freelancer and that none of this was mentioned during the whole 4 stage interview process, she conforted me and said not to worry because she was bringing this to the higher ups and that she would give me an update soon. Never an update was given without me sending an email before hand. As three weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard anything from the manager, I reached out to which she finally replied that the company was not willing to deposit more time or money into establishing a comfortable position for me as I was the only person located in the Netherlands and also added the comment that I shouldn't have quit my contract with the previous company, when I it was in their knowledge that I had a one month notice. Overall, I wouldn't advise this company.
