To say the interview process was a cattle call would be a disservice to cattle. They do group training that really doesn't allow them to the chance to see if the tutors that they are hiring are any good.

I was screened over the phone. They asked if I would feel comfortable tutoring students from kindergarten to high school grades. They gave me the date and time for an orientation that was coming up and asked me to go.
