A one-hour assessment focusing on Excel proficiency, effective email writing, and responses to various scenarios. This test, conducted on a computer, evaluates practical skills and situational judgment in real-world tasks.

Was invited for the written test. Duration lasted one hour writing email replies to prospective clients in English and Chinese. I was given the wrong test for the position I was applying for. Had a straightforward first interview. Then, was invited for the second interview. Can see the disorganization of the company as they kept changing the interview from in-person to zoom format, and kept changing the time. In the end, the second interview didn't start until 15 mins late.
