Interview
Despite receiving two separate rejection emails from this company, I was contacted for an interview for a role. I was originally interviewed by an admissions manager and then by a panel including directors and HR. It was clear the interviewers were only there to ask me about my experience as a manager in other facilities and to get information for their own company. The next day I received a rejection email, despite having over 6 years of experience and this being an entry level job. Highly disorganized and ridiculous situation. Probably an ok choice if you are starting out, but don't expect much as they, like most companies, are in it for their own gain.

What were barriers to your team's success in admissions? ( I can't recall the actual question, but know it was not worded this articulately).

Interview
Easy interview process. Virtual interview. Lasted maybe about 30 to 45 minutes. Generic interview questions and provided info about the job. No problems whatsoever and I felt very comfortable during the interview.
