Great process and incredibly nice people. Very thorough but conversational. Look for being in a group interview while onsite. Stay at the Hilton in Coolsprings, TN. I flew South West

The interview process was easy. Interview was via phone and the interviewer asked pretty basic questions about my interest in the company and experience. It was about a 10-15 minute phone interview.

One phone screen, one zoom interview, 3 person on-site interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, and my zoom interview was with the hiring manager I would be reporting to. The on-site interview was at corporate HQ in Franklin with 3 members of the team

Phone interview, typing test, in person interview with your manager. They send you an offer letter, go take a drug test and start training. Training is very boring, you sit and do nothing for the first couple of days.
- Customer Service Experience , and phone experience

Interview process was rather concise. Initial phone screen was quick and painless. Then the on-site interview with the team helped give me a good idea of what I would be walking into.

The employer seemed very interested in me as a potential employee in the beginning. After taking time out of my day, on different days, and completing 5 separate interviews for a job that I was very well qualified for it took weeks for them to get back to me. I felt like I did a great job during the interview process. When they finally got back to me all I received was a automated message saying they would not be continuing with my "application." Any interviewee deserves more than that after going through the entire process. I felt like it was a waste of time and that I was not treated appropriately.
