Applied through LinkedIn. The process took about 2 weeks. First stage - interview with HR rep Second stage - interview with 2 Sr iOS developers. They were very nice and friendly and tried to help with problems where they could. Answer some questions in Google Docs about some pieces of code like finding bugs or improving code. Know fundamentals of iOS development
