The interview process was devided into 3 parts: First, an initial zoom call with an AP recruiter, followed by task and a presentation. Finally I had an in-person meeting with the Account director. The whole process was very structured and I got feedback quickly after all of the three steps. All the people I talked to were very kind and happy to answer all my questions.

This raises concerns about whether the company is actively hiring or simply running ongoing interview processes without filling roles. Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
