3 interviews - phone call, direct supervisor, then full team interview. First round typical, second round questionnaire for assessing your sales and personality skills, then third had to create a full slide deck pitch to full team with what info you were given. Say they want consultative approach, but actually want direct selling.

Overall, the experience felt inefficient and disappointing given the time and effort required.
