I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Accenture in Oct 2024
Interview
The selection process was structured into four distinct rounds with varying levels of difficulty. It began with an Aptitude test and a subsequent Coding round, both of which were rated as easy to moderate. These initial stages assessed fundamental quantitative and programming abilities.
The third stage was a straightforward Communication assessment, considered easy. The process culminated in a final, integrated Technical and HR interview. This concluding round was the most challenging, with a moderate difficulty level, designed to comprehensively evaluate the candidate's technical expertise, personality, and overall fit for the company.

Thoughts about Teamwork and Collaboration
The interview was straightforward and lasted around 30 minutes. The interviewer began with a brief introduction and then asked me to introduce myself. Most of the questions were HR-related, focusing on my background, career goals, strengths, willingness to relocate, and interest in joining the company. The interviewer was friendly and the overall experience was smooth and comfortable.
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru)
