Application form, followed by an Online Assessment and then an online assessment centre. The assessment centre involved a pair-based exercise, a series of pre-recorded interview questions, a 1:1 interview exercise and then finally a pre-prepared presentation.

-I applied online in December 2020 -I was invited for an online Assessment in late March 2021 -I was invited for the Virtual Assessment Centre in April 2021 -I received my offer 15 days after the Assessment Centre Overall, the interview process was challenging yet smooth and user friendly. What's more, the people within the Assessment centre were extremely lovely to talk to, especially my interviewer who I spoke to about my Tech Showcase. A pleasant experience in which the recruiters made a very daunting day a lot easier. I also really appreciated how transparent they were with their communication.
