My Accenture interview process included an initial screening, a pharmacovigilance technical round covering ADRs and drug safety concepts, followed by discussion on role expectations, communication skills, and overall professional suitability assessment.

Initially phone call with hr. Then scheduled interview. Post that there will be discussion with hr about salary. Interview was easy but mostly we'll get through employee Refferal only. That's it
