Worst recruitment process. The paradox calendar is buggy. Interviewers were all unprofessionals and won't even take their time to open their camera, but the interviewees are required to open their camera. Recruiters are unresponsive but will just move your application to no longer considered as applicant. We took our time to take your examinations and series of interviews. Please respect your interviewees by at the very least replying.

But after confirm the role and accepted the offer, the people in charge will suddenly ghosting and will never had an update after this

3 rounds. I have 2 years of experience as a fullstack developer. In 1st round basic javascript questions asked, in 2nd round questions related to the project that I have worked on, features and optimization related to it and 3rd round is Managerial round where situation based questions were asked.
