I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture in Nov 2011
Interview
Met with a senior consultant for about 45 minutes. The interview was entirely personality/behavioral/fit. Pretty run of the mill questions: Why accenture (what in particular do you want to do/excites you)? General review of background and relevant experience. There's also the usual 10-15 minutes at the end where you are supposed to ask the questions.

Question 1
What specifically does Accenture do that you want to do or are qualified to do. (they really want to see that you know what the company actually does on a day to day basis for a project)
First, a screening phone call, then a group case interview, then a two-part interview including a showcase & scenarios part and a skills and situational one. The showcase involved preparing an idea using modern technology to fix a problem.

Question 1
Why Accenture? Describe a time you worked well in a team and what made you successful?
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture in Feb 2023
Interview
There is an online screening along with a test, after that it will be a group discussion, and then 2 individual online interviews (both include case studies for you to provide solutions to).

Question 1
The time when you faced a challenge and how you overcame it.
30 minute phone interview 2 back to back 45 min interviews: the first interview is a technology showcase that they give you a few days to prepare/Scenario-based questions. The second is a strength based interview process. This was honestly the best interview process I have ever gone though with a firm and it felt very casual and less stressed. I was able to showcase who I am without feeling judged for it. Definitely enjoyed the process.

Is there anything you would have done differently on your presentation if you had time.
