-Two days after applying online, I received a phone call and was invited to take the initial assessment at their recruitment center. -You will be instructed to make your profile account and afterwards take the assessment exam inside their test room (type of exam will depend on the position you are applying for). --In my case it consists of 1 hr for I.Q. and English then another 45 mins for accounting. You will be advised to wait outside for the result. If you passed and if it still working hours, you will be interviewed immediately by the hr. ( so it's better to come early before the mall hours(when walk-in applicants come-in, I went there at 7:30 am and used the basement elevator to get inside the mall). Since this is my first interview, being a fresh graduate, I can give them a thumbs-up for having a smooth and organized process (except for the low voice when paging names :} so you need to be very attentive). -It's been two days since my interview and hoping to receive another call from them for the job offer :)
