Accenture is a consulting company. The initial review to get hired by Accenture is easy. You just have to demonstrate that you know the bare basics of whatever it is they are hiring you for.
I'm a software developer with a decade of experience and the only questions they asked were things you'd learn in Computer Science 101.

Having an interview at Accenture was a memorable experience. The interviewer was professional yet friendly, which helped ease my nerves. The final HR round focused on my aspirations and how I align with Accenture’s values. I was thrilled to be selected! It was a smooth process, they mainly focused on leadership and communication skills. They were very friendly and had taken interview for 20-25 minutes. They did concentrate on few technoical questions and SIP details were also asked.
