I had applied through referral, so process was easy. Interview questions were not too difficult for my experience range. Online test has also been introduces recently. you can take it from office or from your home.
My Accenture interview was went good. First round was skill interview round. Second round was manager round and Last round was HR round. They will ask you questions from your work done and mentioned on your resume.
Quiet simple and easy. Interviewer checked the knowledge and coding skills. Good and interesting interview. Completed in 1 hour 10 minutes. HR round is also simple. Overall good and nice experience.
