      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Jun 2010

      HR's prefer internal reference. first round will be a formal with the process team lead, second round will be technical, third round is from HR, if required negotiation can be done. process is too slow compared to other companies, so one must have patience after giving HR round.
