Was interviewed by an HR via phone and was asked to report for my 2nd interview. When I passed the HR interviews, I was interviewed by a project manager. I was hired back in 2010 and is still with the conpany as of this writing.
Online interview, Introduction talk. 3 individual interviews with competency and technical and skill based questions. Breaks in between interviews. Smart dress code requested for the interview. The whole process lasts about 3 hours

The process is fast than what I expected.
Offer is also okay for a first timer or with no experience. Questions are okay but redundant. All questions are about information technology related.

The whole application process was long. Initial questionnaire/survey asks what role you are applying for. The basic stuff. Next is the online exam, hr interview, technical exam. The process took two months.
