1. First call received sometime during Jan 3rd week - saying profile is shortlisted & will schedule an interview - No interview scheduled 2. Received emails to update profile on Accenture job portal in April first week - Done on the same day 3. Received another call after few days and was informed again that my profile is shortlisted and asked availability for telephonic interview - agreed and gave the availability 4. No interview was scheduled - I followed up on the portal - no response received 5. Again received call asking availability for telephonic interview on 18th April - agreed and gave availability 6. Telephonic interview got scheduled for 18th April - I waited for the call and no one called me. Tried reaching the POC on email - no response - Also tried reaching the POC through details given on Accenture job portal - the person never picks the call and never replies to the emails 7. Again received a call during last week of April - this time asking availability for Face to face interview on 5th May - Agreed and gave availability 8. It is May 4th today - No interview scheduled and no further calls providing details for so planned interview on 5th May - tried reaching out POC mentioned on Accenture job portal - not able to reach mobile and no replies to any emails sent. Always had a very good opinion about Accenture and I still have, but never expected the hiring process to be this chaotic. Quite unprofessional Hiring team and process.
