Interview
The Telephonic interview was done by an employee of Accenture who had much lesser experience on the technology that I was interviewed for and lesser experienced in general too. I was being interviewed for a senior position, but the interviewer was interested in some basic interview questions that does not really need experience to answer.
Nevertheless, I was only interested in a good pay package which I was not offered though I had totally impressed the senior delivery manager that I met 1:1 in the last round.

Question 1
Most questions were basic and can be found by searching for "<technologyName> interview questions" on the internet.
In the final round, the interviewer was a senior delivery manager who was interested to know how I would handle tough situations in an onshore-offshore project.
It consist mainly of technical round with basic react questions and coding challenges. Class based component and different object methods. Life cycle of react. JavaScript basic questions. Node JS questions. Hook best practices and optimization technique.
Here is the funny part. i was asked to rate the interview process even before starting it. I tried to answer the questionnaire and it felt awkward. Hw can I answer If I had not done the interview yet
