I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Madrid) in Oct 2011
Interview
After the logical / english test we where called to join the HR team in Accenture's HQ in Madrid. We had a focus group based on a case analysis. In my opinion the least problem was the final answer, it was the process they cared about. So instead on focusing on answering perfectly the questions try to involve people, respect each other turns and also contradict people, always politely and respectfully.
When we where done we got a call from HR which asked to join them in a personal interview with another case analysis. This time they push you to the limit, be creative and confident. That's the key
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They where really pushy in the personal interview. They want to know how you react under pressure.
The recruitment process took 6 weeks. After the first interview, I waited two weeks for a response, after which I was told that the recruiter was going on vacation and someone else would contact me—but that never happened. It was just a waste of my time. This is not a subjective opinion, as I had the necessary technical skills to perform the role.
Case study and hackerrank with logic questions, process is okay, pretty long and people talk over each other. Heard the f2f one is a lot longer. Online one was 3 hours long and as long as you talk properly and try to showcase yourself you're good. Just talk a lot during the case study and answer questions talk smartly, articulate your words etc etc
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Accenture (Paris)
Interview
3 rounds: first behavioural; second, a case interview (take-home case with presentation and questions). I was told I would have about a week to turn it around; however, I was given the weekend with no dialogue.
