I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture
Interview
I had two back to back phone interviews with Accenture for the Management Consulting Development Program. Both interviews consisted of a few competency questions and then a case study. The case study was fairly straight forward. They just want to know your thought process. There was also a portion of the case that was all math, so be sure to practice dividing with lots of 0's.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2018
Interview
Interviewed once on campus and a second time at their downtown HQ. First interview was a standard consulting case and the second was a "super day" with other applicants, followed by a 1:1 interview with a senior manager

I was referred by an Accenture employee. I was a contacted by HR to set up a preliminary interview, basically screening. Next were two over the phone case interviews. Last was an in office interview which was a presentation, a case interview and last confirming/behavioral interview. The whole process took about three weeks.
