Interview
First, it was a gamified assessment, which consists of 12 neuroscience-based games that measure key cognitive traits and provide a snapshot of a person's unique characteristics. After which, you will proceed to the virtual interview stage where they will ask you questions relating to the role that you have applied for. Then a recruiter will contact you for more details and you'll go on to the final stage which will be either the interview stage or the assessment centre stage.

Mostly about your experience with dealing with people from different cultures and your leadership experiences.
The interviewer mentioned that I will move into the next step but wasn't. The start date for the program was mentioned. The interviewer said some one will contact me later on but was not honest or clear I received a rejection email later.

Found the opportunity for the program on Accenture's website, decided to apply for it online. The process took about 3 days to get a reply to do a Pymetrics test in order to move to the next round of interview.
