I have never seen such a pathetic interview process till today. They asked me come for online test. The test containing questions are related to other domain which are different from my Technical domain. Somewhat I managed to crack online Test. They asked me to come for technical round which will be in next upcoming week. I got mail confirmation for that then I went in their premises they said your interview is not going to schedule today though I have mail confirmation. Full waste of time. Then in next month they asked me to technical round. I gave technical round as well as HR on the same days. They supposed to send me feedback in 2 days but I never get single message or call from them. I was very much sure as my technical round feedback is excellent. That's why I called on their support center they said you cleared HR round and your technical feedback is not filled in their portal. Same thing they convey me 2 3 times. In month of March, I called to ask final status then they said you cleared technical and Hr both rounds you need to wait on manager round. After 7-8 days they said me rejection mail. This is the process they followed.
